The light was fading, the Autumn colours turning duller with each passing minute. A thin veil of mist was forming over the lower parts of the woodland, the wisps of pale vapour creeping upward in the breeze. It would be dark soon.
She’d desperately wanted to reach the higher ground before nightfall, to get above the treeline and wait as the sun set. There’d be a surge of illumination as streetlights flooded the city below, lighting her way down again. Conceding defeat, she stepped off the path and sat down to rest on the trunk of a fallen tree. It was caked in leaf litter, dead and cold with the evening dew.

It's hard to pick a favourite track. This is the only album i have so far deemed as "perfect", where every track, even the intro, is just a masterpiece in its own right. From the hard hitting Perturbator's Theme to the emotional title track, its 68 minutes of perfection. 10/10. connivingkhajiit
