Looking up into the canopy she could see the starless and black sky. It was getting colder, and lacking the resolve to carry on up through the woodland, she decided to head back down to the path. She reached into her pocket for a cigarette, but the packet was empty. Irritated, she stood up and turned to leave, but stopped. Alone in the dark, she was starting to imagine things. There might be eyes anywhere. They might be able to see her now. Did she look frightened? There was something rustling nearby. An animal perhaps. She waited. These woods were not known for wildlife--nothing big, at least. In the years she’d walked here, she had never seen anything bigger than a cat. Could it be a cat? There had been no parked cars at the foot of the hillside. She waited, listening to the intense dark, the words of the letter running through her mind like some demented mantra.

It's hard to pick a favourite track. This is the only album i have so far deemed as "perfect", where every track, even the intro, is just a masterpiece in its own right. From the hard hitting Perturbator's Theme to the emotional title track, its 68 minutes of perfection. 10/10. connivingkhajiit
