Shipping Info: Estimated Delivery Times:

All orders are shipped within 3 days by 1st class post, unless otherwise stated.

UK: please allow up to 7 days for delivery.
EU and Worldwide: please allow up to 20 days for delivery.

Allow a little longer around the Christmas period - the postal system tends to get a little sluggish! Please note any orders placed after 16th December will be shipped in the New Year!

Pre-Orders:

I try my best to give accurate shipping dates for pre-orders, but sometimes manufacturing and duplication times can vary for physical items. Please bear this in mind when ordering.

Shipping Addresses:

Please ensure you've written your address correctly when ordering. I can't be responsible for any wrong addresses, and will be unable to offer any refund in these cases.

Damages:

Please bear in mind that these are one of a kind, limited edition, items - but should your item be damaged, I will do my utmost to replace it or offer a partial refund.

Any refunds will be less the retail cost of the digital album and any postage.

Returns:

I do not offer returns on unwanted orders.
